The Casa de Cultura in Costesti is designed as a multifunctional center for cultural, educational, and social activities. The project aims to revitalize and modernize the local cultural infrastructure, integrating contemporary architectural elements with flexible functionalities for the community. The building is designed to be an architectural landmark, reflecting the dynamism and progress of the community. Both interior and exterior spaces are designed to stimulate creativity, interaction, and social cohesion.
